Greasemonkey (add on for Firefox)
- this add on allows the creation of scripts that create additional capability for the browser user.

TinyURL Decoder - This script takes shortened URLs such as TinyURL without the preview option utilized and more and lengthens them for easy identification.

Greased Lightbox - Within certian sites like 'Googe Image Search' and makes them actual size without having to go to the original site and looking for them. At times the image is no longer referred at the indicted page but is referred somewhere else but the image still resides in the same location. To exit the selected image being viewed just click somewhere on the sides away from the image.

Removed FlashGet recommendation. Before I was using FlashGet to work with FlashGot  but FlashGet kept downloading a trojan and it turns out this has been happening for many months and they (FlashGet) still let it happen. So I looked around and 'Free Download Manager' seems to be a workable alternative.
