Hello welcome to Fort Blatherskite, the message forum for blath.com , thisweblife.com , cultureFilipino.com, & temporalM.com . Registration process is simple and nothing really personal is asked. Do know that the password for your account should be at least 8 characters long. There is a confirmation process involved and if you speak a language other than English, please e-mail me and I'll see what can be done. The process involves answering 3 questions to confirm you're not a bot. After that the system will e-mail you ( from blath.com ) to verify you're real. Click the link given in the e-mail. And than just type a message saying something in the forum you'll only be able to see while in member mode or PM me via this system. No need for anything complex, a simple Hi will do and than you'll have access to the rest of the system. And that is that. 
What is this place about? It's basically a message forum that gives the opportunity for discussion and sharing of ideas, thoughts, musing, things seen and other things. Membership is free. It is privately owned and operated by me. No non-profit or govt. agency is or has ever been directly involved with its creation and continual function. BUT do understand that my passion is helping the public, particularly in regards to how the U.S. Federal Govt. Executive Branch agencies can be of assistance in things. And that I have at least 5 Federal agencies I've worked in as a Fed, under my belt. Now I'm open to things being discussed here, even mistakes that were made but please understand that at times I'll either be hesitant or be more strict in my involvement in regards to such discussions. Also if something turns into something that just bad mouths something without reasonable thought, I will probably end it.
What I do not want here is posting of copyright material that is not your own or that violate terms of a use agreement, pornography links ( this is being run on equipment I do not own / I'm a guest on their machines) unless you're in the business and giving your giving a 'safe for work' home page. Talks about purposely hurting innocent people (see previous paragraph about my background ). Selling / giving away illegal items for example stolen property, copyright materials, and registration codes that should not be shared.
Ownership of Content. I do not want to own or profit from your stuff. You own your stuff. Please do copyright any images of your own creation, you share here. Even if you don't I will not claim them. This site does not offer storage of media items (no hard drive room). But you can link your things from other sites like Yahoo's Flickr or Google's Picassa & YouTube . Do understand though, what is you post here for the most part others can see and download / modify things with their own gear, and that's beyond both our controls. Also if you create something here and you like it.. please save it on your own gear / make a back up as my system could go *Poof* for a variety of reasons.
If you represent a non-profit or Govt. agency understand this place should not be used to transfer classified material. Also do be careful with what you share and who you talk to, because even porcupines who are friends have to be careful with each other. 
And here we go. Remember to use a password that is a mix of letters & numbers. If you forget this system probably can sent it back to you. Also the system creates a cookie for you're browser that contains you're user-name and password depending on your settings, so don't be alarmed. I do not track you. The cookie is just part of the message forum software. And that is that.
